This is an official post, as a continuation of my friend, William's post regarding the "Submissive" issue in Thursday, February 26, 2009.

Well, a leader is here to lead people, but of course -in my very own opinion- he should not based his decision-making process just on a few people. It's true that leaders are suppose to take on responsibility and to make a decision to benefit for the greater good for a greater number of people (utilitarianism theory), but at least, he should respect the rights of other people.

What I'm saying is that a leader should be a person who'll effectively communicates his ideas to each and every party related/affected by his decision (proceduralism theory) as everyone is entitled to the same right as a human being, no mater they're poor or rich, or whether they fall into the intelligent or less intelligent category.

Of course, this means that he shouldn't make his decision based on impulsiveness and on personal feelings. This is a big no-no, and a pitfall for most of the leader wannabes.
