    ACCA Students

Well, I'm not pointing this matter at a certain group of people, but I'm giving my own opinion on what's the impression that ACCA students (especially in Sunway college) give me.

They're definitely lack of icebreaking group activities which will tighten the bonds among the students. Unlike other courses, like, let's just take ADP from Taylor's College as an example. Their classes are certainly short (less than 2 hours in term of length) and after classes, the students will group together and perform some activities together (discussion sessions, having fun).

But what about ACCA's students? Their life consists of only a few rituals:
    • Morning, wakes up
    • Go to college
    • Physically present in class but mentally lost
    • Class end and have his/her lunch
    • Time to go back home
    • Sleep/Watch TV/Online
    • And here comes the second day :)
Wow, I'm gonna tell you this is horrible man. I think in the new era (in the few upcoming years) these can be done by even replacing human with robots. I believe that the mechanical creatures will save up more cost (directly program their brains with ACCA-related knowledge), and they can work non-stop and best still, they won't complain! So much more effective, efficient, and also economical. Tell me, where are the supposedly existing social activities that are the basic need for human?

Now, please don't tell me loitering around foyer is counted as one of those group activities.

We human are social creatures. We need to hangout together, at least in a big group (better not split into too many gang that will cause 'diversified portfolio' incident to happen). We need to brush up, at least, our communication skills in order to prepare us for our future.

No wonder people always say ACCA students excel in term of studies, but sorry to say this, majority of them kinda suck in communication. Don't worry, I'm one of them too.

Well well, I think I should stop here. I know I suck at writing this kind of stuff, but like hell I care.

    "Why so serious?"

Just fire your best shot at me, you readers. :P

P/S: Many campus activities are actually nothing but "window-dressing" only, don't you think so? Think about it, even though you really join the group activity and hang around together (such as camping) will it be really that effective in breaking the ice among students? So far, I didn't really see any success even though some societies such as SAC has already tried their best to. ACCA students are mostly too wood, too stone, and even to the extent that I'm gonna declare that their response-rates are worse than the echo you get from a stone. *sarcasm*
