Recently I'm kinda hooked to these two japanese singers' songs.

In the band's earlier days, their musical style tended towards light, cheerful and/or refreshing songs. However, the sound has changed in recent times to take on a darker and more mysterious tone. Takarano Arika, lead singer/lyricist, has termed this change as a transition from White Alice (白アリ, White Alice^?) to Black Alice (黒アリ, Black Alice^?)

Well I really admired Ali Project's songs due to their dark theme. You wouldn't imagine they'd sing in such a way, and until the extent they're able to make the song beautiful. Though gloomy, dark, mysterious, scary, and almost filled with a plentiful of negative emotions in the songs, they're really awesome!

I happened to get know them since .hack//Root series which the ED theme being Ali Project's song. Moreover, there are more twisted theme, namely King's Knight and God Diva which are both some sort of psychotic songs. You won't know until you actually hear them.

Wow, the song name's itself is already so frigging awesome. Rozen Maiden's songs, they did an extremely well job too.


As for Kotoko, I found her songs are quite nice in some sort of way; and I happened to figure she does a lot of anime songs especially for OP or ED theme. She's quite famous, I assume.

I really love Re-Sublimity and Agony. As for Agony, it is Kannazuki no Miko's ED theme which the theme song being played in the PERFECT timing. You will get the surging feeling within your heart when you're so focused on the anime until your feeling sways along with the rhythms. That kind of feeling, I can't say it's not ichiban.

Well, go and get their songs! Really worth it.
